The quality of the book is horrible, particualarly the binding. The book fell apart in my hands after the second week of class. There was no mishandling involved. The book was laying on the table, I picked it up and chapter three fell out. The defect has worsened over time. Can't send the book back, I need it for class. Others in class have the same issue. $150 and the book can't be bound properly. One more nail in America's coffin.
