Never received the book 1 month after ordering it!!!  2008-09-15
I ordered this product one month ago and still have not received it!!! I'm very disappointed in the service. My child is starting a third week of school without the book. If I had known before I placed the order that it would take 5 days just to process the order, I would have chosen a different, faster shipping method.
