Poorly Photo-copied book at full price 2008-05-01
My version was photo copied and anything besides the text was nearly impossible to read. I returned it. Amazon should state that its not printed but photo copied. Note to dude running Xerox machine: try using the halftones on non-text.

Oh ya, book was ok at best.
