Conceptualize Math! 2008-06-24 This whole Math Counts series is great! They are a fun, easy way to introduce kids as early as 3 (my son's age) to math concepts. The large colorful photographs of everyday things help reinforce the different concepts. It helps kids to see the differenes in length, shapes in everyday things, patterns in things all around them, etc. Not too wordy, but great at getting the point accross.
length is easy 2008-04-18 I prepared a lesson with this book for a bilingual class and it worked very good. The children really grasped the idea of length. Very good book!!!!
