Nice book but needs more illustrations 2008-01-01
in fact i have read many books in gemstones identifications but this one is good in knowledge but it requires more colors , pictures and illustrations.. as most of us knows that without illustrations its hard for some people to imagine...

Identification of Gemstones 2007-02-14
this book could be useful for entry level student but very useless for professional level or advance stage of gemology, it is also very high priced.
