Review of Basic Metrology for ISO 9000 registration 2002-04-16 This is an excellent book for those who want to learn about basic principles of metrology and calibration.The book also gives a nice introduction to ISO 9001 requirements for calibration of test and measuring instruments. It describes in simple terms how to calibrate instruments belonging to a number of measurement fields. Calibration of temperature sensors,pressure gauges, force measuring machines,load cells, multimeters are well described.The book is well illustrated and a comprehensive list of references is given at the end of each chapter.
