Editorial Review:
In 1972 a new system of measuring work was introduced that rivaled the developments of other work measurement pioneers such as Taylor, Gilbreth, Gantt, and Maynard. Most Work Measurement Systems, Second Edition describes this revolutionary technique, which is designed to simplify and speed up the process of setting engineered time standards.

MOST Work Measurement Systems, 3rd. Edition 2007-07-22
I was red the book about the type of method is the MOST and what I need to do to improve the actual activities of the work.

MOST EASY METHOD 2000-02-24
Having been an Industrial Engineer and Management Consultant for many years I am allways sceptical when a "new" tecnique is launched. It was in this frame of mind that I approached MOST. What a revelation, not new as such as it is based on the original tried and trusted MTM system, however it is a fresh approach, and a welcome one at that! Here is a system which is statisticaly accurate, quick to apply, and easy to understand. More importantly it encourages method development and improvement. As a recommendation I would encourage everyone in this field of operation to read this book and consider its application. I did and have just completed the approved training and certification course.
