Using Heat and Power THERMODYNAMICS in other countries 2002-03-20 Dear Prof. Kamm I am very glad to hear that you will prepare the 2nd edition of your textbook in the near future and I am proud to be one of the instructors in a foreign university who teaches your valuable textbook. However, during the past 20 years of my teaching career it is the first textbook that I ever seen to deal with thermodynamic concepts in such a simple and different manner which try to encourage the students to be willing to learn the thermal concepts. The subjects that you covered in your textbook make my students to try to discuss the thermodynamics concepts and their applications to industrial processes. This is something that I have never faced with during the past 20 years of my teaching responsibility. As I am going forward, I will send you the typing errors and some suggestions (if you wish), that might be helpfull for the next edition of your textbook.
