Not worth buying

This book is poorly written. An excerpt: "In as much as you believe that quality management stsyem is tool for creating a good name in the market industry, your company should be an ISO 9000 company. The benefits of being an ISO 9000 company are wide, besides what is wrong of making things done efficiently and effectively." The author never elaborates on anything and is very repetitive.

This book appears to be self-published. I will certainly be wary of self-published books in the future. Everything the author has to say in his 164 page book could be distilled into 5 pages.
